NEW DELHI: In a major relief to the consumers, the oil companies on Saturday kept the prices of both domestic gas cylinders and commercial gas stable. The prices have been kept stable this month.
The price of domestic gas cylinder in the country’s national capital Delhi is Rs 1103. At the same time, the price of commercial gas cylinder is stable at Rs 1773. Oil companies had continued to cut the prices of commercial gas cylinders for the last 2 months.
In the month of June, the price of commercial LPG cylinder was reduced by Rs 83. At the same time, in the month of May, this cylinder was made cheaper by Rs 172. Commercial gas cylinder is of 19 kg. However, there was no change in the prices of 14 kg LPG Cylinder used in domestic kitchens.
In Mumbai, the economic capital of the country, the price of LPG cylinder i.e. domestic gas cylinder is Rs 1102.50. At the same time, the price of commercial gas cylinder is stable at Rs 1725. The price of an LPG cylinder in Kolkata remains stable at Rs 1129. While the price of commercial use cylinder is Rs 1875.50. According to the website of Indian Oil, an LPG cooking gas cylinder is being sold for Rs 1118.50 and the commercial cylinder in Rs 1937in Chennai.
