NEW DELHI: The Covid-19 deaths jumped to 55 on Thursday, 52 of them in the past record of Kerala and one each from Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan, pushing the nation’s death tally to 5,23,975,
The Health Ministry reported 3,275 new Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours while the active cases went up to 19,719. The day’s recoveries were 3,010, raising the total recoveries in the country to 4,25,47,699.
The nationwide vaccination reached 189.63 crore, with 13.98 lakh vaccine doses given in 24 hours.
