NEW DELHI: What a contradiction that the BJP government that proclaims “Atmanirbharta” (self-dependence) in Defence is selling off three defence jewels — BEML, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers and MIDHANI, Congress chief spokesman Jairam Ramesh tweeted on Saturday.
He said all three are of vital strategies as they have served the country well and have huge assets like land. “But PM presumably wants to oblige his Khas Dost and others,” he added. Perhaps their land is of his friends’ interest to make money
