NEW DELHI: Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday said the first task the Congress government will undertake is the caste census as the biggest issue before the country is the number of the OBCs and what should be their share in the population.
He said whenever he raises the issue, the BJP people start opposing him while Prime Minister Modi runs away and Home Minister Amit Shah starts talking something else. The Hindus and Muslims try to accuse him of creating hatred among them.
