NEW DELHI: The Defence Ministry on Monday announced an Agniveer recruitment rally at Ahmednagar in Maharashtra from Augut 23 to September 11 at teh Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth for some 68,000 from the districts of Pune, Ahmednagar, Beed, Latur, Osmanabad and Sholapur for various positions such as Agniveer general duty, technical, clerk, store keeper technical and tradesman categories.
The Recruitment office at Pune has already issued the admit cards to the aspirants and they have been advised to come with all relevant documents as given out in the rally notification.
The conduct of the Rally will consist of 1.6 Km Run, Physical Fitness Tests, Physical Measurment Tests and Medicals. A dedicated team of Army doctors is also in place at Rahuri for the conduct of Medicals.
