NEW DELHI: Congress member Manish Tewari on Friday opposed the introduction of the Corporation (Amendment) Bill in the Lok Sabha for merging three municipal corporation of Delhi into one.
He insisted that the Bill can not be taken up for discussion and passage since the House does not have the legislative competence to enact it.
