NEW DELHI: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday urged Bihar CM Nitish Kumar to hold an all-party meeting in Bihar, the land from where the Jaya Prakash’s movement started.

Her Bihar counterpart Nitish Kumar had plans to visit Kolkata on Tuesday but he landed there on Monday itself along with deputy CM Tejaswi Yadav on her request not to lose time.

She told a joint press conference with Nitish Kumar that onc can decide where to go next after holding the all-party meeting  as it is important now to give a message that “we are united.”

Mamata said she had no problem to come to Bihar for the meeting as all that she wants is to make the BJP a zero “with media’s support and lies.”

During the joint press conference with Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav, Mamata said that they will go ahead together and they have no personal ego and they all want to work together collectively.

She said they have talked about all parties coming together and making all preparations ahead of the upcoming Parliament elections.

West Bengal CM said that whatever is to be done will be done keeping nation’s interest first.

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar said “Those who are ruling now, have nothing to do. They are just doing their own publicity.” He said nothing is being done for the country’s development.
