NEW DELHI: Advocate Vishal Tiwari on Friday moved the Supreme Court to direct the Centre to immediately rescue the Indians, including student and families, stranded in Ukraine through diplomatic measures.
The petition also wants the Centre to ensure essential and emergency supplies like medical facilities, food and housing to the stranded.
It also sought recognition of the MBBS degree to the Indian students studied from Ukraine through online mode, so that they do not lose their career.
