NEW DELHI: Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Thursday appointed Punjab MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira as the chairman of all India Kisan Congress with immediate effect.
He succeeds Nana Patole, who is now the president of the Maharashtra Congress.
