ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਪੀਕੇ ਗੱਡੀ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਐਕਸੀਡੈਂਟ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਆਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੀਜਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਰਿਜ ਪੈਲਸਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਬ੍ਰੀਧੀਗ ਗੰਨਾਂ ਬ੍ਰੀਧ ਐਨੇ ਲਾਏਜਰ (ਸਾਹ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਸੁੰਘਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ) ਤਾਣੇ ਗੀ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਗੰਨਾਂ ਸਹਿਤ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕਰਣ ਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰਾਲਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਿਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੇਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਹੁਣ ਸਾਵਧਾਨ। ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਫੜੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਦਸ਼ਾ। ਹਰ ਹਫਤੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਭੇਜਣ ਲਈ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹ।
PUNJAB POLICE TO USE BREATHING GUNS AT MARRIAGE FUNCTIONS

NEW DELHI: The Punjab government has directed the Punjab Police to deploy the liquor sniffing guns outside the marriage pandals during the wedding season to curb accidents caused by the drunken driving.
Heavy drinking is prevalent in the weddings in Punjab and so the state government issued the order to bring a fear in the minds of the boozers of being caught at any time. The order also requires the police stations to send the reports of the tests every week.
