NEW DELHI: Congress President Sonia Gandhi has asked the PCC presidents of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa and Manipur to put in their resignations to facilitate reorganisation of the state Congresses, chief spokesman Randeep Singh Surjewala tweeted on Tuesday.
