NEW DELHI; The Punjab and Haryana High Court judge, Justice Ajay Tewari, resign on Tuesday as a judge.
Justice Tewari did his LLB from Punjab University in 1982 and LLM in 1984. He practiced as a lawyer for 26 years before being elevated to the Bench. He was due to retire on April 6, 2022.He is currently the second seniormost judge of the High Cout after Chief Justice Ravi Shankar Jha.
