NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Thursday listed 420 cases as the final list for hearing before various benches during the Summer vacation that begins on Monday, May 22 and ends on June 30.
The cases have been listed as per directions of the Court, says a notice on behalf of the top court as signed by Assistant Registrar Jagjit Singh Negi. It said the ready regular hearing of criminal cases are included in which the accused are in cutody. Also, to be heard by the vacation benches the cases registered up to the year 2019.
The notice says there will be the hybrid option for hearing of the miscellaneous and regular matters during the ensuing Summer vacation to the members of the Bar/Party-in-persons to facilitate the conveniences of the advocates and litigants as provided in usual course.
