NEW DELHI: The much-awaited 5G telecom services are being launched from October 1, with formal launch by Prime Minister at 10 AM while inaugurating the 4-day sixth edition of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) at the Pragati Maidan here.
The 5G technology will provide high data rate alike watching television with seamless coverage, low latency and highly reliable communication. It increases th energy, spectrum and network efficiency.
The theme of the IMC edition this year is “New Digital Universe,” in which leading thinkers, entrepreneurs, innovators and government officials to discuss unique opportunities emerging from the rapid adoption and spread of the digital technology.
