NEW DELHI: Former Himachal Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party President Pandit Khimi Ram on Tuesday joined the Congress at a small gathering in the AICC headquarters here.
He was welcomed in the Congress fold by AICC in-charge of Himachal Pradesh Rajeev Shukla, noting that he is an eminent political leader of the state and he has been a former state minister and former deputy speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Assembly. He has been 2-time MLA.
