NEW DELHI: Three days of deadlock in Parliament on Adani issue ended on Tuesday after an hour’s adjournment of the Lok Sabha, with BJP’s C P Joshi of Rajasthan kicked off a debate on a motion of thanks to the President on her address to the joint session on January 31.
The Rajya Sabha, however, remained stuck as it was first adjourned for an hour and then for two hours up to 2 PM as the Opposition members walked into the well, demanding Prime Minister Modi’s presence in the House to respond to the Adani issue.
