NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Monday fixed a hearing on Wednesday on a plea of US tech giant Google against an order of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NLAT), refusing an interim stay on the competition regulator imposing a penalty of Rs 1337 crore.

A Bench comprising Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud adn Justices P S Narasimha and J B Pardiwala asked senior advocate A M Singh, appearing for the US firm, to clarify on Wednesday if Google India practices the same regime as in Europe.
