While allowing the RSS march, the Madras High Court said the State mut uphold the citizens’ right to freedom of speech and expession.

It asked the RSS to file fresh applications for the route march on three different dates and directed the Tamil Nadu police to permit the marches on any of such dates in various districts of the state on the public roads.

The RSS has prayed for taking out the march in their uniform led by a musical band throughout the state.
