NEW DELHI: Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said the Karnataka election was a fight between Crony capitalists and poor people, in which the poor defeated the capitalists and this will happen in every state. Talking to media at the AICC HQ here, he congratulated all party workers and leaders who worked for the Congress victory. He said the Congress stood with the poor in Karnataka and fought the election on their issues. In reply to a question, he said the Congress did not fight with wrong words or hatred and the people showed that love is liked by the people. He said markets of hatred are closed in the state and shops of love have opened. This is the victory of the people. As regards five promises of the Congress, he said they shall be implemented by the very first state cabinet
