NEW DELHI: Justice Mrs Sabina, the seniormost judge of the Himachal Pradesh High Court, was on Tuesday appointed to perform the duties of the High Court Chief Justice, consequent to retirement of Chief Justice Mohammad Rafiq, according to a Rashtrapati Bhawan communique.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court collegium has approved promotion of 10 additional judges of the Allahabad High Court as permanent judges of that High Court itself.
