NEW DELHI: The Congress has given a call to mobilise the party workers and people on August 5, Friday, for a nationwide protest against the rising prices and unemployment.
AICC general Secretary (Organisation) K C Venugopal held a preparatory meeting at the AICC headquarters on organising the protest. It was attended by AICC general secretaries Mukul Wasnik, Ajay Maken and Avinash Pande as well as the AICC incharges of the states and the state Congress presidents.
