NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court cause list for Monday does not mention the hearing in various disputes between the two Shiv Sena factions as decided by two vacation Benches on June 27 and July 8.
Unless a second supplementary list is issued during the night, all related cases may spill over to Tuesday. After the summer vacation of the court, the regular Benches are to assemble from Monday.
A Bench of Justices Surya Kant and Jamshed B Pardiwala had on June 27 given the relief to the Eknath Shinde(now CM) group from disqualification up to July 12 5.30 PM while fixing further hearing on July 11. Another Bench of Justices Indira Banerjee and J K Maheshwari on Friday tagged the petition of the former Chief Minister Thackeray faction for hearing together on July 11.
